This week is a big one you guys!!! It’s my 200th episode, and I cannot be more grateful for the opportunity to reach so many amazing people every week and pour all the good stuff into your hearts. I’ve learned so much from this podcast, including what it really means to “bust through the crap” and go for what I know in my heart to be the right path for me. I’ve learned how to lean into my heart tugs and my life’s lessons, even when I feel resistance. Remember, things aren’t always sunshine and rainbows, you have to dig into the gritty stuff to get to where you want to be. But trust me when I say this: If you can push through to the other side, it’ll be well worth the work that it took to get there.
00:26 The Heart Tug
The idea of starting a podcast was presented to me on several occasions, and when things like that keep moving into your space, you have to start thinking about it. I had so many fears and doubts going into it, but I never lost the heart tug. That is what this is all about, following your heart tug and doing what you know is going to be best for you.
03:36 Stories We Tell Ourselves
Thoughts are powerful, they dictate many things that ultimately lead to how we live our lives. So many people stay stuck because of the stories they are telling themselves. You need to ask yourself if what you’re going through is actually hard, and when things are hard, know that going through it will leave you better on the other side.
10:02 Lean Into Life’s Lessons
In life or business, whatever you’re trying to build, figure out what you need to do to get there. Don’t look for the loopholes. Instead, ask yourself how are you going to get through the hard stuff. Give yourself the drive to do the uncomfortable things by looking at the other side. If you want it, you’ll find a way. Get out of your head and into your heart.
