I’ve got a quick but important solo episode for you about taking back what is in your control. It’s so easy to let life sweep you up and make you feel like you are in a spiral of overwhelming situations. The thing is, you have the power when it comes to your life and your choices and I want to help you see that you are the one in charge.
Through all of life’s busy moments that are causing you stress, it’s important to remember that you are in control. Sometimes we let our emotions dictate our feelings, which leads to overwhelm. Stop and remember that you are in the driver’s seat. Not everything has to happen at once.
If you are feeling overwhelmed on a daily basis, it’s probably because you’re choosing it. Sometimes filling your plate helps you to feel a certain significance from it. Be honest with yourself about this. Ask if you are making the right choices to live the life you want to be living.
You are the problem AND the solution. When you take ownership of the problem part, then you can come up with solid solutions. There are always things within your control that will make a difference to address.
Sometimes we let all these outside influences dictate our lives. We need to step up and take ownership of the things that are in our control. You can always make positive changes.
