Workout Wednesday- quick P90x3 preview

You’ll soon find out that i do all my workouts from HOME. It’s the best thing ever cause I never have the excuse that the gym is closed;)

Here’s a quick 3 exercises you can do in rounds—– if you don’t have a pull-up bar you can sub out an exercise with resistance bands or dumbbells.

5 ROUNDS TOTAL

Do each exercise for 1 minute each. (Switch legs at 30 seconds)
