Hi y’all!!

We are loving this first week of the new 22 Minute Hard Corps workouts! We are feeling strong and ready to lean out for SUMMER!! Which means—- we have GOT to put in the work in the kitchen as well!

Here’s my week 1 game plan as far as nutrition goes! I got placed in plan 1 but I’m nursing so I bumped up to Plan 2! We like to keep it super simple and eat the same sort of things over and over so it means LESS time in the kitchen and UPS the chances of sticking with the plan!!
